‘Scary Spice’ Mel B of the Spice Girls. As outrageous and courageous now as she was 25 years ago. I admire her energy, her sense of fun but most of all I admire her willingness to speak out about her years of domestic abuse she suffered at the hands of her ex-husband. She has used her privileged platform to encourage women in violent and dangerous relationships to speak up and seek help. Now that’s ‘Girl Power!’
