At a Pride event, a man asked me if I knew I could be saved. I said “Yes. I’m Lutheran.” He looked at me like he either A) had never heard of Lutherans; or B) had never considered the possibility that a Christian might attend a Pride event for any reason other than to protest or proselytize.
