Learn something new. Maybe a new language, drawing, crafts… There are so many ways now; podcasts, youtube videos, apps…
Knowledge is power.

Here are some things that work for me:
Read a book, draw something, play an instrument (if you have one), play with a pet, go on a walk, read articles on Bored Panda, search up “bored button”, play a Google Doodle, clean something, bake/cook something, and/or find a new hobby!
