Tough question. People associate it with post-soviet and slavic countries, even though our language isn’t slavic. Also beer and basketball. It’s Lithuania.

Plaid shirts, sandals with socks, breweries all over the place, the space needle. I live in Washington state, (not in Seattle but who cares) and although the last two are true in most places, I’ve never seen anyone dress like that. XD
