i like to make a sauce for dipping made out of sriracha, horseradish and a little mustard. Unlike most hot sauces, it has a sustained burn. I’m still working on optimal mix, but its so good.

My neighbor’s mom made me this sandwich once back in the mid 70’s and I still eat one about once a month… Bread, peanut butter, marshmallow fluff and mini chocolate chips. I also can’t eat bologna sandwich unless it has potato chips on it too.

Both of these are from my childhood: Buttered toast with cinnamon & sugar, cut into small squares into a bowl & milk poured on – eat it up like cereal. The other one is scramble a couple of eggs in unsalted butter (nothing else added), then serve with fresh sliced strawberries (sweetened with a bit of sugar or not).

I eat mayonnaise with a lot of things: fish, chicken, chips, sausages sometimes, new potatoes… yeah, mayonnaise is pretty nice. I also like pasta with little bits of bacon and pesto. It’s really nice. And of course, the traditional Irish hiker’s lunch: a crisp sandwich! This is SOO NICE, and you need to try it!!
