It appears that The Real Housewives of Orange County is losing a housewife. Heather Dubrow recently announced that she will not be coming back. She recently shared the news on her podcast Heather’s New World. Dubrow has been on the show for the past 5 seasons.
This is her official statement:
“After a lot of careful thought and deliberation, I have decided not to return to RHOC this season. These past 5 years have been an incredible journey and I’m so proud to have been a part of such an iconic piece of pop culture,” Heather said. “I am so grateful to Evolution Media, Bravo and the whole NBCU family for all of the incredible experiences and the opportunities RHOC has afforded me and my family. However, at this point in my life, I have decided to go in another direction and do what’s best for my family and career. Should I change my mind, I thank Andy Cohen, Evolution and Bravo for telling me that the door is always open.”
Heather and her husband joined the series in season 7 sharing their lives with the public. Up and downs were chronicled. Highlights were the busy life of husband Dr. Terry Dubrow, raising their children, and building their house.
As for what Heather wants to focus on in the future, that remains to be seen. Our guess is that she’ll continue to do her Podcast as well as take advantage of her social media popularity. She’s got 1.2 million followers on Instagram so she won’t have a problem endorsing products if she wants to.
One thing we can count on is that Heather Dubrow will continue to live the high life and chronicle her experiences as a mother, wife, and woman who seems to know exactly what she wants out of life.
