While last night’s big game in the NBA featured Kevin Durant’s return to Oklahoma City as a Golden State Warrior, it far and away wasn’t the highlight of the night in the NBA. There’s no question that last night’s game drew attention and there were certainly moments that were memorable. A near fight took place when Andre Roberson started up with Durant. There was also a moment where Russell Westbrook shoved Durant who was standing idly at mid court and the two started yelling at each other. Durant got the last laugh though, as his Warriors won 130-114 and he scored 34 points.
However, that wasn’t the true highlight of the NBA night. The real highlight came from the Greek Freak Giannis Antetokounmpo who has solidified himself as being one of the best players in the league. The super tall, super long armed point guard/forward/center/any role in the world, showed exactly why they call him the “freak.”
