“Million Dollar Listing New York City” has returned for its sixth season on Bravo. The show follows the lives and careers of some of the top real estate agents in New York City. The show premiered in 2012. The reality series quickly became popular with its tours of luxurious Manhattan residences and the handsome successful realtors who list them.

Steve Gould
Season 6 of “Million Dollar Listing New York City” introduces us to Steve Gould. Gould replaces Luis Ortiz who left the show to pursue his life in France. The network promises that Ortiz will return for cameo appearances throughout the season.
Steve Gould is a former model turned real estate agent working with high priced Manhattan properties. Gould grew up in Stamford, Connecticut where he worked as a lifeguard through high school At 17 years old, Gould signed with the agency Major Models. His modeling career brought him to New York City where he modeled for Louis Vuitton, Giorgio Armani and Ralph Lauren. Always considering his model career part time, Gould entered the world of Manhattan real estate. He works for Town Residential where he specializes in high-end properties in downtown Manhattan. The properties he handles list from $899,000 to $17.6 million in areas including the West Village and SoHo. Gould was the agent for the sale of Ann Hathaway’s $4.3 million clock tower condominium in the artsy DUMBO area of Brooklyn and a $14.5 million townhouse in the West Village.
Steve Gould will bring his looks and charisma to “Million Dollar Listing New York City”. This season promises to have drama, but Gould is different from Ortiz. Gould enjoys his bachelor lifestyle and lives in SoHo with his dog Pablo.
Ryan Serhant
Ryan Serhant was born in Huston Texas and grew up in Massachusetts north of Boston. Serhant always wanted to be an actor and moved to New York City to pursue his dream. It was a struggle but he landed some small roles and eventually a role on the soap opera “As the World Turns”. He pursued a career in real estate and in 2008 began working for Nest Seekers International just as the real estate market bubble burst. Because he just started in the business, he had nothing to lose so he worked his way up in the field. Serhant has appeared on several real estate TV shows as an expert. He now lists multi-million dollar properties in New York City. Currently these include a nearly $20 million Tribeca townhouse and a $20 million luxury upper East Side townhouse.
Serhant continues to act. He costarred with Ben Stiller and Naomi Watts in the 2014 film “While We’re Young”. That year, Serhant shut down Times Square to propose to his girlfriend, Emila Bechrokis. They married last summer in Corfu, Greece and Serhant converted to Greek Orthodox. The pair honeymooned in New Zealand.
Fredrik Eklund
Fredrik Eklund was born in Stockholm, Sweden. He founded an Internet company at the age of 23 and worked as an international investment banker. In 2010 Eklund became the Management Director at CORE Group Marketing in New York City and founded Eklund Stockholm New York. Throughout his career, Eklund has closed nearly $5 billion in residential real estate transactions. As a successful international realtor, Eklund joined the cast of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York”. He has sold real estate to celebrities including Daniel Craig, Cameron Diaz and John Legend.
Fredrik Eklund married artist, Derek Kaplen in the Florida Keys in 2014 and the couple live in New York City. They hope to start a family. After 2 failed attempts at surrogacy, Eklund recently announced that the couple are eager to start their family and are trying again.
