General Hospital fans know that Nelle was accused by her fiancé’s family of killing him while they were on a trip, but there was not enough evidence to convict her of any crime. She was able to get free and live her life in Port Charles far away from them. And then he showed up and things didn’t go well for her. And now she’s going to see the exact reason that karma is such a nightmare. It won’t happen today, but we hear that there is a moment in the near future when Carly is going to find out that the girl is doing this to her by making her think that her dead son is really alive or that he is reaching out from beyond the grave to try and let her know something is going on.
And when she finds out this is all Nelle and it’s all a terrible situation that she concocted to get what she wants, she’s not happy about it. She will go out of her way to make sure this young woman pays the price, and we hear that it will happy by turning the tables on her. She will take a page right out of Nelle’s book and make her feel that her dead ex-fiance is back and he is haunting her.
She’s already terrified of this dead man, so we think there is a chance it will shove Nelle right off the deep end — as if she’s not already there.
