General Hospital Spoilers: Is Franco’s Life on the Line?

General Hospital spoilers indicate there might be some trouble in paradise for Franco. Rumor has it that the actor who portrays the troubled man has been dealing with some contract issues and might not return. Does this mean Franco could become the next victim of a terrible crime in the city of Port Charles? It’s been a while since we’ve seen someone go missing, die, or come back to life, which means it’s time for that to happen again. It’s only been a few weeks since it happened to Julian, so we might be overdue for that. We have no idea how this might play out in the near future, but we do think that if he cannot get his contract in order, he’s the next victim. Perhaps with Helena?

There are so many issues with contracts on this show it’s taken some of the biggest characters off the screen for good — and even for an extended period of time. People have been written off only to come back to the show a few months later when writers could come up with a good idea for getting people back, and when the execs could finally reach an agreement. Now we sit back and wonder what might happen with Franco. What we do know is things are getting rockier than ever with Jake and his visions and stories. Will this group be able to figure out what’s going on?

We have a sneaking suspicion that Helena and her thugs are alive and well and that they all lied about her death. This means she’s running point on her game from somewhere very hidden. Could it be on Cassadine Island without anyone knowing what’s going on right now? We don’t know, but we do know that whatever Jake is into with her is going to make things even more insane as the weeks go on, and if contracts can’t be happily negotiated, it’ll be Franco who pays the ultimate price as he is taken from the show. Though we always suspect he could be back if he’s able to reach an agreement later.
