General Hospital fans aren’t sure how to handle everything that happened this past week, and we want to know what’s going to happen this week. But there’s also a lot more going on, too. For one, we know that there is a lot happening in the way that we can figure out based on what happened last week, so here is a quick recap for all of you. We do know that there was a lot of stuff going on with Nelle. She might not be a problem for anyone anymore, but she’s still there in their minds and in their lives based on what she did to them and what she made happen in their lives. She was a woman who created so much drama and so many problems that we just cannot handle it all. She made everyone miserable, and we know that Carly is still suffering from all the damage done to her when she was in the middle of the Ferncliff situation.
Her own son, Michael, is still mourning the loss of his son — who we know is alive and well and living with Brad and Lucas. It’s all horrible, and this is going to need to play out sooner rather than later. However, we also know that there is a lot happening in terms of the situation that is better for him and Chase. They’ve spent the better part of the end of the week bonding over things that might mean nothing and might mean everything to them. They have the same issues in that Nelle ruined their lives and caused them problems they can never recover from. This is a strange friendship, but it’s one that’s been born from the horrors that they went through. We only hope they can help one another rather than hinder one another.

Things will take a very interesting turn this week as we see that Carly is still struggling. What she is going through cannot just be forgotten or gotten over or anything like that. She’s someone who has to figure out the way things are going on her own, and she’s got to get her situation under control. She cannot get over what happened to her and the damage that was done to her at Ferncliff. She struggled hard with all of that, and now she has to find a way to get over it. She’s struggling harder than anyone we know at the moment, and she’s not sure how to get over this. Sonny has so much going on in his own life, and she’s turning to Jason. She’s been turning to him a lot lately, and we wonder if that might go somewhere.
For one, he is the only one who did believe in her when she was in the hospital and swore she did not do this. He was there for her, he helped her, and he was the one who was there for her. Sonny didn’t believe her, he didn’t know that she didn’t do this, and he was not sure what to think. He’s also so preoccupied with everything in his own life that he’s not able to focus on her and her issues as much as she might like. Does this all look like a setup for a major love triangle to all of us? We think it might, but we don’t like it one bit.
