General Hospital fans know Carly is not happy about many of the things going on in her life right now, and one of those things is the fact her son is having a baby with Nelle, the woman she hates more than anyone. The woman came into their lives, befriended Carly, and then lied about sleeping with Sonny so she could destroy their marriage over what turned out to be something she mistakenly blamed on them. It’s been more than a little ugly, and we can’t help but notice things aren’t going her way.
Nelle is gone, out of the picture, and finally out of Michael’s life only to end up pregnant and back in his life. Now Carly has to deal with the fact that her own grandchild is going to be the product of this woman, and that is not making her feel very good about life at all. She’s unhappy, she’s frustrated, and she’s looking to find a way to get things back to the way they were in the past.
Can she do it before it’s too late? She is going to learn today she has to face the music as it so happens, and she’s got to accept what is going on in her life. She’s not thrilled about the way this is going, but she has very little time and very little patience to accept it. She’s got to, though. She has very little choice in the matter these days — she’s having a grandbaby.
