General Hospital fans are realizing that there is not a chance for Anna and her son to reunite on a good note. She might not know what is coming for her, but he is aware of who she is and what she’s done, and he is not all that amused. You see, she turned him away as a baby so that she could free him of the pain of what happened. She was not with his horrible father, but he still managed to get her pregnant because he wanted a baby with her. She wanted to raise that baby, but she did not want that baby to turn into the man who was his biological father.
She gave him up and tried to protect him, and it turns out that young man is really Peter. Well, Peter is Henrik. And he knows what he thinks he knows. He might not have the full and total story of all of it, but he thinks he knows what is going on and how his life has worked, and he’s not all that amused by much of it. He also doesn’t want a happy family reunion with Anna. She gave him up, and he turns out to be a lot more like his father than she will be very happy to know.
It’s not good news. She gave him up, yet he still turned into an evil man. Perhaps this is what she might attest to the fact that you can do all you can to protect a child from his or her heritage, but it doesn’t really matter at the end of the day. They might not have much of an issue with this, but she will have one when she finds out that her beloved son turned into a horrible person even though she did all she could to protect him from becoming one. She will apologize to him, and he will probably not forgive her at all. It’s not a good combination, but it might be something that works for them in their own weird way. We know she will manage.
