General Hospital fans have learned a few things about the mob over the years thanks to Sonny’s involvement as a mob boss. It turns out his own mob is not necessarily the best one, and it’s not easy to get out. He’s got a lot of enemies, and no one wants to see him walk away from all he’s built. When someone goes after his life, it turns out that Sonny is going to find himself in the line of fire yet again. But this time he’s going to find it’s Jason saving his life.
His best friend is going to do whatever he can to make sure his friend stays alive, and that is good news. Now we get to see this all go down in a way that’s good, bad, and pretty ugly. And we don’t know who will end up hurt. He’s trying to get his assets all settled so everyone gets what they want, but not everyone is happy with this change in his career and life.
Who is going to go after him? Is it a friend or a foe? And will Jason end up hurt or will Sonny get the help he needs? Sonny made a promise to Jason he’d keep the turf wars closed as far as he can, but he can’t really do so much now that he’s given up his position with the mob. This life change is a big one for him, but we don’t see it being a permanent change.
