In General Hospital news, it seems that the past is coming back to haunt everyone. If you watched the show about two decades ago, you will remember that there was a time in which Laura was a kidnapping victim of a man named Stavros Cassadine, and she fell in love with his brother Stefan. She gave birth to Nikolas after she was held captive by Stavros, and there were more than just a few questions at the time whether or not he was the son of Stavros or of Stefan. No one knew for certain, though they thought it was cleared up for a while. Of course, Port Charles is a place in which the news can be changed drastically over the course of time.
Now Helena has left this key to Laura in her will, and it’s killing her not to know what the key fits into as far as a lock. She and Lulu will go snooping there Wyndermere and hopefully find the trunk that the key fits. It turns out that the trunk is one in which some of Laura’s and Nikolas’ old baby items were once held. However, that trunk has not been opened since Stefan’s death. Or did he actually die or did Helena have something done with him to keep him out of Stavros’ way? Remember from way back when in the days when Helena thought that Stavros was the most amazing and important person in the world and that Stefan was just a bit of an issue for her? It’s Port Charles, so anything could happen. Will Laura be reunited with the man she loved so long ago? We don’t know, but we can’t help but to throw it out there and wonder if it’s something that might happen over the course of the next few weeks as she spends Friday searching for the trunk in the house.
In other dramatic news, it seems that Friday is the day when Julian’s big plan blows up in his face, and we cannot wait to see what happens that he did not see coming. Of course, everyone else saw this happening, but he simply chose to ignore the facts and continue on with his hilarious plan and now it’s all over for him. Lomax continues to battle with the city and with Olivia and her lawsuit, and it’s getting dirty. What will happen with Olivia and with everything that’s been going on since this all started?
