I’m pretty sure we all knew that a Frozen 2 was inevitable. Considering that Frozen is virtually the most successful animated movie of all time, it would make sense to pump some more money out of a sequel. But I’m a little confused. Was it really hard to understand Frozen? I mean, you have this girl that gets these abilities to freeze things. There are trolls who help her out and stuff. There’s this living snowman and a bad guy who wants to kill the girl with the powers. Her sister knows she’s inherently good even though her hometown thinks she’s evil also (because of this bad guy). Then you have this nice guy who sells ice helping out the sister. Yup, it’s definitely confusing. I like Olaf though.
EW checked in with Frozen and Frozen 2 producer Peter Del Vecho to see how development on the sequel was moving forward. According to Del Vecho: “We’re working hard on it. We’re in the development writing process and are very excited by it. Like all movies, it will evolve.” The producer shed some more light on the upcoming script, saying: “Now that we’ve been involved in it for awhile, what’s exciting is it feels like it builds on the first movie. You understand things better in the first movie after you’ve seen the sequel.”
Actually I’m just kidding. I don’t need a second movie explaining the first. I liked the first and will look forward to a second. I think that about does it. By the way, how about once, just once we have ONE movie to be talked about through eternity? Imagine it was JUST Rocky. What if it was JUST Police Academy? What if Revenge of the Nerds only got their revenge that one and only time? Would that be so terrible? These movies would be analyzed the world over. Who cares about money?
Hahahaha. Who am I kidding? No Drago? No Clubber Lang? Thunderlips? No Hotel Coral Essex? No assignment Miami Beach? Screw that.
