Oklahoma City, which is where “Street Outlaws” takes place, is touted as having the fastest, most competitive street racers in the U.S. The cars, and the drivers that hold the title are found on “The List.” The competition to gain one of the coveted spots (of which there are only 10) on this list is ruthless and tight.

The Show has Had Nine Seasons

“Street Outlaws” debuted in 2013 and has had a total of nine seasons, thus far. The show is produced by the Pilgrim Media group, with Sam Korkis and Craig Piligian being the executive producers. For The Discovery Channel, the producers of the show are Todd Lefkowitz and Craig Coffman.

The Biggest Prize in “Street Outlaws” is Being Awarded During Season 11

During Season 11, which is set to debut in February of 2018, the drivers featured on the show will compete for the biggest price ever in the history of the show. A total of 32 cars and drivers will participate in a drag race that will take place at the well-known Bristol Dragway. The top four drivers who finish the race first will split the prize money, which equates to $100,000. Hmmmm. What would you do with all that money?

Big Chief has The Highest Net Worth

Justin Shearer, who is called Big Chief on the show, was born in 1980 in Kentucky. His love of racing began when he was very young. Currently, he has a net worth of $2 million, which is the highest amount for the entire show cast, besides Farmtruck, who has the same net worth. Coming in right below Big Chief, at a net worth of $900,000 is Daddy Dave, followed by Murder Nova with a net worth of $700,000.

The Idea for “Street Outlaws” Began with a Website

Big Chief started a website in 2002 or 2003, which was designed for a place to publish “The List.” At the time, only 60 people were included, mostly friends and buddies who considered themselves the baddest of the street racers in the entire country. Today, what started as a website is now a full-fledged hit show aired on the Discovery channel week after week. It just goes to show that when you do what you love and follow your passion, success will inevitably follow.
