You had me at “scary doll.” I don’t do horror movies with scary dolls. That’s pretty much a rule. Ever since Chucky I think I’m permanently scarred. However, far be it from me not to share this incredibly creepy new poster for Annabelle: Creation. For all of you who don’t know, this film is the next (4th) chapter in The Conjuring universe.
The story is focused on a dollmaker and his wife, whose daughter died twenty years earlier, as they decide to open their home to a nun and several girls from an orphanage that has been closed. The dollmaker’s possessed creation, Annabelle, sets her sights on the children. The film stars Stephanie Sigman, Talitha Bateman, Anthony LaPaglia, and Miranda Otto. It is scheduled to be released in the United States on August 11, 2017.
So like I said, I let all you horror movie freaks watch this one. I was already scared to death putting this poster up. The things I do for you people. Now I’ll be having nightmares the entire weekend. “Mr. Marbles???? Hello? Is anyone there???”
