Kacey Musgraves is an American singer and songwriter who usually performs in the country music genre. She was born in Golden, Texas, on August 21, 1988. She had already self-released three albums when she appeared on the fifth season of the televised singing competition, ‘Nashville Star’ in 2007. She then released two critically acclaimed albums. In the same year, she also completed a tour that was also called ‘A Very Kasey Christmas’.
