We got in touch with dating expert Dan Bacon, the founder of The Modern Man, to get to grips with the role that gifts play in relationships. He also revealed to us how men can still surprise their loved ones if they feel like they’ve run out of original ideas. “Gifts are definitely not essential for a happy, healthy relationship unless you’re with someone who places a lot of importance on gifts.
