Days of Our Lives fans are excited that Chloe is so happy to see Lucas return from Europe and the world’s fastest-longest trip ever, but we know that this is going to be very short-lived for her. She’s so happy to see him, but there is a moment when we all know that he is not as happy to see her. Well, maybe he is happy to see her, but he is not going to give her the kind of news that she wants to hear. And that was apparent the moment he reacted to her when she reacted to his return. He was standoffish, he was off-putting, he was a mess, and that was all there was to it. But, we are not surprised that he is going to do what he is doing. She is crushed, but we hear that there will be a moment when Brady comes to her rescue. He will be there for her, and we think that this could be the start of some romance.
And that’s not all. We know that Hope is working very closely with Ted right now, and that’s all there is to it. There is nothing on her side that is anything other than strictly work, but we think that there might be a little something that is going on in his mind that might not be work-related. He might just be the kind of man who has things to hide and do that are not for him, and that’s all right. But we are just as excited to see what happens when this all starts to unfold. There might be a good chance that we will see things turn around for Hope and Rafe and heat up their romance in a way that we think needs it so badly.

Things are looking up for Abby, kind of. She’s in the hospital. She wants out, and Stefan is about to make that happen for her. But he’s doing it by making her think that she is Gabby. He will stop at nothing to get what he wants from her and to make her want to be with him. She doesn’t, but he’s not all that concerned about any of that. He’s not worried that she is not interested in him nor does she care about anything else and what that means for her. She’s not going to do anything that might keep her in there any longer, so he will do anything he can to get her out. But we also know that things are about to turn around for her. She might not trust Chad anymore, but we know that she’s a lot happier with him and his life than she is with Stefan.
She will eventually find out that her baby is her husband’s baby and not Stefan’s, but we also think that this will not make a difference too much in the way she feels about him. She’s so upset with him, but she’d much rather share a baby with him than with Stefan. This will probably happen soon as Chad did just catch Gabi with the results, which could mean that something big is about to go down and things are about to make a big chance in her life. But, will it happen this week before the weekend?
