Days of Our Lives fans watched an entire week of total chaos last week wen people were basically thrown into a world of what is going on as they all worked so hard to get their lives together. There is nothing more frustrating for the people who have to live their lives in Salem with all the lies and the regrets than the people who continue to make them worse. There was so much to say when Chad found out that he really is the father of this little girl his wife gave birth to even when she thought the entire time it was the baby of his new half-brother. He was shocked, his wife was shocked, and everyone was so happy. Everyone, that is, but Gabi and Stefan. He thought he was a father, and he found out he was not. And she worked so hard to ensure that she was able to get her life to where she wanted it to be by lying to everyone else.
It didn’t turn out well for her, and now her life is in danger. She put a lot of people in a really bad place, and that didn’t go well for anyone. She was unhappy with the way things were going in her life, she was not happy with the way things unfolded at all, and there was too much in her situation that didn’t work for anyone else but her. She’s not someone who thinks through what she’s doing until she’s done it and it’s too late, and this was a devastating situation for her. She’s beside herself, and it’s all for good reason. She’s not looking at a positive situation in her life, and it’s going to come down on her in a way that will make her life even more of a mess this year.

We can all say that with some certainty, right? We all want to see this guest come back into the picture and change the lives in Salem as we know them. And that’s all there is to it.

Things aren’t working well for many people around here, but that won’t be a problem for anyone at the moment. Jennifer and JJ are ignoring all else that is going on in their lives and they are focusing on the things that they have to do in order to process what they just found out, which is that Jack is alive and he is back to Salem. The problem is that he has no memory of what his life is like, or who his family is or anything like that. He’s in the same situation in which Will found himself earlier this year when he returned from the dead and didn’t know who he was or what he was doing or how he was doing it. It was a mess for everyone, and we didn’t appreciate seeing him come back like this.
And now it’s Jack’s turn to come back without a memory and without any idea of who he is and what he is doing. This is going to upset so many people, and Abigail will turn into one of those people before much longer, too. She’s in a situation in which she cannot get things to work for her, and this might be one of those times when she’s been given a second chance in more ways than one. But what will she do with that when she realizes that her father is here and alive, but he has no idea who she is and what she is doing or even who his grandchildren are?
