Days of Our Lives fans get to see Tripp help Kayla with a medical emergency. We don’t know what will happen, but we do know that these two continue to grow closer together as they face the same family issues. All Kayla wants is for Tripp to give Steve a chance, but the boy refuses to do it. He’s not sure his father is telling him the truth. To be fair, he’s not. He’s lying to him about how and why Ava had to die. He didn’t do it, and Tripp kind of knows that must be true. He doesn’t trust that Steve is telling him the truth, and he is out to find out what really happened. He doesn’t know the story, and no one wants him to find out Joey is the real reason Ava is dead. It’s best that Tripp simply doesn’t know the sordid details of this situation.
On that note, we will also see as Tripp and Jade move in together. This is not a romantic relationship — though it very well may be at some point — but it’s one in which she was in need. She had no place to go, and he offered her a place to stay. Now Joey really is terrified. Jade knows the truth, and he’s worried she will tell Tripp. This might happen, but we think it will happen by accident. We hear she will say something offhand and it will make Tripp realize that he is more correct about the situation than he initially believed.
As Tripp and Kayla grow closer together, can Kayla begin to persuade him to leave it alone and let it go? Or will he have to do what he has to do regardless of her advice to him? He can’t seem to let it go, even though he and Kayla are now friends and she’s going to tell him that sometimes things are better left unknown for various reasons. The situation is a dangerous one for him, but he has no idea just how much of a dangerous situation it might become before much longer.
