Days of Our Lives fans are not happy about what Stefan is doing. He is doing some really awful stuff, and it really does transcend the boundaries for us. We think that it’s one thing for him to want to encourage Abigail’s alter personality to want to stick around since she does like him and he likes her back. But the fact of the matter is that this affects so many people — not just the two of them. She’s got a husband, a mother, a brother, a baby. She has a life that does not involve him being anything more to her than just her brother-in-law, and it’s not fair.
He’s lying, cheating, and manipulating to get her to what he wants her to do, and it’s not good stuff. He needs to back down, back off, and leave her be. He’s not, of course, and that’s bad news for all involved. Fans aren’t happy about it, but it’s an interesting storyline nonetheless. And we can’t wait to see how it all unfolds.
But right now, we know that he is doing bad things for a bad reason, and we simply cannot get on board with that idea. We think he might not want to be as bad of a person as his mother would like him to be, but we aren’t entirely certain that’s true of anything in his life right now.
