Days of Our Lives fans are going to learn that there is a big problem brewing for Lani. She’s in the middle of her new pregnancy, and she’s also learning that things will not always go her way in life. For one, she’s already in a situation she never saw herself in. She was neve ra person who thought she might end up in a position in which she was pregnant by someone who was not her boyfriend at the time she got pregnant. She didn’t want to cheat on JJ or get pregnant when she did, but she managed to make both happen on the same night. Now she’s having a baby with Eli, she’s ruined two happy relationships, and she’s miserable.
And she’s got Eli on her side telling her he will do anything and everything in his power to ensure that they are going to be together enough to raise this baby and make their lives right. But she’s not all that interested in that. She’s fine with the help in the parenting department, but she’s not going to do anything else that makes her life feel much different than it already does.
So when she has a pregnancy scare, it’s not going to shock anyone. It’s not going to make much of a difference to the people in her life, but it’s going to matter to her. We don’t know what kind of scare she’s going to have. We also don’t know if she and her baby will be all right. We will only say this, and that is that we hear it’s just a scare. That doesn’t say to us that she will lose her baby or anything like that. All it says is that she is going to go through something difficult and very upsetting, and that might be the situation that is her future. She will go through this, and we hear that there is a good chance Eli will also be there for her in the moment. He’s suddenly very interested in being a father to this baby, and he’s not letting that go at all.
