Days of Our Lives fans know things are not good for Gabi right now, but that doesn’t mean she is not going to be there for her friend. She is a friend to Abby no matter what. They might be in a very awkward situation right now, but things are good for them. They have a small awkward moment in the park when Arianna comes up to Abby and tells her how excited she is to be her flower girl, but Abby is not amused when she can’t decide how Gabi feels.
She will tell her friend she is sorry that happened, and she will launch into a speech about how happy she is that her friend is still her friend. She wants her at the wedding, but she is one hundred percent accepting of the fact that it might not be what Gabi wants. She wants her to know she respects her decision and doesn’t want to pressure her into feeling she has to be at the wedding if it’s not what she wants.
Now, we would have assumed that Gabi would volunteer to stay home and not attend, but she is going to tell her friend she wants to be there for her on her happy day. We can’t say we think this is a great idea, but we do think that it will work out for them however they decide they want it to work out. If that’s what Gabi wants, then that’s what she should do.
