Days of Our Lives fans who are sick of seeing things like Gabby in control of Abby’s mind will be very happy to see that there is going to be a big change coming for her soon. She is going to find that her two dominate personalities are fighting for her. Gabby wants to stay in control and get her life going with Stefan, but Dr. Laura is in there, too. She’s not nearly as bad as Gabby, and she’s even going to fight Gabby to let Abigail take over.
This might not be good news for Abby in the way she feels and what’s going on in her head, but she’s got to find something to make her feel good right now. She’s got to find that Dr. Laura is there for her in a way that might help her and get her back to normal. She can win if she fights, but it turns out Gabby is a lot more serious about taking over that Dr. Laura.
Hopefully the doctor Laura version of her mind can get the control she needs to overtake Gabby and give the body and the mind back to Abigail. She’s in there, but she’s not strong enough or wise enough to know how to get out. She can’t focus on things that aren’t working for her, and this is one of those things. She’s scared and in hiding, and it might be Dr. Laura’s job to get her to come out and take over.
