Days of Our Lives spoilers tell us Abe is not going to get over anything that happened anytime in the near future. His son is injured thanks to JJ shooting him, and Abe doesn’t seem to care at all that it was a horrible mistake. It’s not his problem, he doesn’t care, and he’s not going to let JJ go for this. He’s already confronted him and lost it on him for what transpired, but he won’t let this go. We have a feeling that he is going to look to have JJ removed from the police force, his badge taken from him and thrown away with a tarnished mark all over it.
He is the mayor, after all. He wants what he feels is revenge, but he’s not taking into consideration that this was nothing more than a terrible accident. It wasn’t anything more or less than that, but he doesn’t care, doesn’t have any interest in that, and he wants to punish those he feels are responsible.
But what will his son say if he ever wakes from his injuries? Will he tell his father it was an accident and ask him to stop trying to hurt JJ? JJ is beside himself already, and we hear that he’s got more to worry about as Eli moves back in on Lani when she’s upset and in need of some comfort. And that doesn’t play well for Gabi, either, since she’s dating Eli at the moment. But we’ll see.
