Days of Our Lives fans know there is so much more to life than just sitting around and watching Abby and Chad fight for their own wants and needs, but that’s what we are getting right now. Chad can’t seem to figure out where to put himself in life. He wasn’t sure what he wanted when his wife came home from the dead, and now he wants her back. She’s not all that into being married to someone who is in love with someone else in addition to her, so she’s keeping her distance. She’s asked him to leave her alone, Kate is making him believe she’s in love with someone else hoping he will go back to Gabi, and things are getting heated. Now we see that there is a chance Chad might be making Abigail uncomfortable. At some point, he must make a choice to leave her alone and let it go, but he won’t do it. In fact, he’s made it his mission to tell her he won’t back down. Is he crossing a line?
It was all looking good for them until Abigail found the very sweet messages that Gabi wrote to him in their high school yearbook. It was one she used to communicate with him when she and Gabi were kidnapped together and he had to choose which of them to save. She realized that he has very strong feelings for Gabi, and she just can’t be married to a man who loves more than just her. But that hasn’t stopped him from continuing to pursue her. He will do whatever he can to make sure he gets a chance to spend more time with her in hopes of repairing their marriage, and she’s not happy that he won’t leave her alone. Now they will have a second chance at love, but she will continue to give it up and not go back to him. Is this a smart move for her, or will she end up regretting her decision to leave him and spend their marriage apart from one another? We just don’t know.
