To say that last night’s Patriot’s win was improbable, that’s understatement. In case you’re interested in the real statistical probability that they would have won, The Pats had a .4% chance of winning the game with 9:00 remaining in the fourth quarter. Needless to say not only was the world watching but the universe was probably picking up soundwaves of the improbable comeback. Speaking of who was watching, none other than retired Red Sox great David Ortiz was absolutely jacked up when he started to witness what was happening. So much so that he took to Instagram to record his joy.
I will tell you that there’s also a much funnier and more less safe for work video of his reaction as well. Let’s just say he utters the phrase “Lets $%#% go!” about 100 times. You can check it out on Barstool Sports. I must say though, this video does the job too.
Personally I’m a Yankees fan but how could you not like this guy? He’s just pure joy. Seriously. And the guy is clearly doing the retirement thing in style. His commercial for Turbo Tax when he’s giving tennis lessons is amazing. Can’t wait to see what this guy does next.
