Cynthia Bailey: Our Favorite Quotes from the RHOA Star

Cynthia Bailey has turned 50 today and the reality star is feeling great about it.  The Real Housewives of Atlanta star hit the milestone today.  When asked about the big day Bailey said “I don’t know [how I’m going to celebrate]. Eventually, I’m going to Thailand for a spiritual retreat. You know, I have lots of drama … Time to eat, pray, love! Feed some elephants.” After splitting from husband Peter Thomas last year, the model-turned-reality star confesses she might finally be ready to dip back into the dating pool.  But before she goes on her spiritual and love journeys we decided to take a look back at some of our favorite quotes from Bailey over the years.

In retrospect

If Peter was cheating on me, I would know about it. Any woman that has been with my husband (knowing that he is a married man) is not going to keep it a secret. They are going to tell someone. Women with no self-value or integrity will always go out of their way to make sure the wife finds out. In their small minds, it’s a victory.

I wonder if Cynthia would take this quote back.  However, she’s clearly learned a lot since this quote.

On Giving Credit

“You know, without the Kims, the NeNes and Sherees, all the other ladies that started the show, there would be no Cynthias and Phaedras and Kandis,”

Cynthia knows to pay respect to those that have come before her.

On her ex Leon

“Leon has always been very supportive of me, and anything that involves my happiness. Not only is he Noelle’s dad, he is my friend. I can always depend on his love and support.”
It’s nice to to know that Bailey is able to learn from her past but also move on in a positive way with some of the people in her life.

Humor

Did I come to get my fibroid removed, or get a Brazilian?

Cynthia Bailey underwent a successful uterine fibroid embolization to relieve her ongoing symptoms of bloating, heavy bleeding and weight gain, and was able to have a sense of humor about her surgery, although she would later say, “I feel like I have been hit by a train and a bus and a car … and then run over by a bike.”

Beyonce

Everyday someone thinks I’m Beyonce.

I just found that humorous.
