The Bold and the Beautiful fans have been watching as things unfold between Eric and his son and wife. Ridge and Quinn have been waiting months for him to find out about their emotional affair, and now he knows. There is no doubt in our minds that he never would have believed that this was true after Sheila shared what she found out with him if they hadn’t admitted to it, but they were so ready to be done with all the drama that came along with it.
Quinn was being heavily blackmailed by people because they knew her secret. Other people knew about it, and she was paranoid they would eventually decide to cash in on her little secret, too. Ridge was tired of hearing Quinn cry about it and freak out about it, and he was ready to tell on them, too. They both wanted to get this over with. And they both thought Eric might not be so mad about it since nothing physical ever happened other than a few kisses.
Boy, were they wrong. We don’t think they really thought it would come down to this, and we assume they thought he would be all right with it. We think they might have thought he would be sad, but that he would be proud of them for confessing. Now they’re regretting their decision to come clean, and it’s too late for them to do anything about their decisions. Now She’s turned to Katie, and things are definitely desperate.
