The Bold and the Beautiful is a show all about what people are doing wrong, how they are getting by in life, and what they mean when they do things for themselves rather than for anyone else. Right now, we have several couples who might be on the brink of ending their own honeymoon phases. The first is Liam and Steffy. They’ve had a very long history together that’s involved one marriage to one another, a divorce, her marrying his brother, and then her getting remarried to him. They’ve lost a baby, she’s probably pregnant right now, and they can’t ever get along for long. It’s their honeymoon phase right now, but things aren’t looking good for them.
Liam is on the road to help Sally clear her name by figuring out what is going on with this family. He’s going to figure out what happened, and Steffy won’t like it. As he becomes closer to Sally, will they become friends? If he becomes her friend, what will happen with his wife? We don’t see a romance with Liam and Sally because of her current drama with Thomas, but we could see a friendship that Steffy will not like in the least. If this is the case, she’s going to have a lot to say about things.
The other issue is Bill and Brooke. They’ve only been back together for about a week at this point, and they are already in a bad place. He’s just not about to stop trying to figure out what happened to end her engagement to Ridge, and she’s not going to like it at all that he won’t just trust her explanation that it didn’t work out. She wants to continue to protect Eric from finding out that his son and his wife are having a secret affair, but Bill will not let it go. Perhaps Liam’s insistence at finding out what Bill is up to with the Spectra family is his own personal form of karma at this point in their lives.
