The Avatar Theme Park is Technically A Giant Movie Spoiler

Earlier today we brought you a behind the scenes look at the new Pandora theme park that’s set to open this summer at Disney World.   After watching the video again and actually hearing what Cameron had to say, is it possible that he spoiled the entire franchise that he’s working on?  Think about it.  According to io9

James Cameron is currently working on four Avatar sequels, parts two through five. He’s also about to team with Disney to open Pandora: The World of Avatar, a theme park experience at Disney’s Animal Kingdom in Orlando, FL. In an interview conducted inside the park, Cameron said that the park is set in a timeline after the five movies. A time when the war between humans and Na’vi is over. A time when the Na’vi have begun to welcome humans onto their planet with opens arms.

Wait a second.  The war is over?  Pandora still exists?  The humans didn’t destroy anything?  Isn’t that at least giving away a very large amount of the plot James?  I’m sure it’s not going to deter moviegoers from buying tickets to future Avatar movies, but wow, if he’s really following an actual movie sequence of events then talk about spoilers….
