Sometimes there are so many actors in Hollywood that it seems like the same words might get used over and over to describe them. Amy Carlson is one of those folks that might get lumped into a categorical procession of detail that states how dedicated she is, how forthright she is, and how talented she’s become over her career. It wouldn’t be wrong to say so after all, but coming up with something different seems kind of difficult at times and while every word would be true there is something else you can say about Amy that many pieces probably won’t. She fits into the scenery of any production she’s on and she has the personality and the ability to blend in without much effort, in some cases without any. 9. She was in Blue Bloods.

She was a key character on this show and was part of the family that was followed around as the major part of the program. You could say that she was one of the most loved characters on the show and you wouldn’t be exaggerating.

8. She starred in a soap opera.

It’s amazing how many actors that have gone on to be loved so much by fans were actually given one of their earliest starts on soap operas. Just making a list of them would yield a full and very detailed article all on its own.

For such a beloved character to just up and leave was kind of confusing and disconcerting for a lot of fans.
