‘Albert Einstein’ is one of my latest coffee creation from the ‘Famous People’ collection. It took me around 6 hours to make it and I used 3 different Espresso Brands and Greek Coffee.
It is one of my favourite pieces by far as his interesting face and character gave me more freedom with my splashes, spilling and brush strokes than any other portrait so far.
