The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills 1.10 “Payback’s A… Just Ask Your Husband” Review

Were you all expecting an even bigger aftermath to last week’s dinner bloodbath on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? Well in terms of drama, we weren’t disappointed. But could we really have been able to live through another shouting match between Camille and Kyle? Who am I kidding, of course we would.

Start of a Beautiful Frenemy Relationship?

After discussing the events of the dinner party with Mauricio, Kyle was shocked and dismayed when Camille sends her a text stating that Mauricio’s services as their realtor will be no longer required. The truly warped aspect of that move? Camille acted as if it was the most logical thing to do, with no apologies. Seriously, Camille? Kyle was very distraught about the whole ordeal, but Mauricio kind of took it in shocked stride and was more worried about maintaining his clients. That doesn’t mean he didn’t think Camille’s was childish, because it was.

After talking with Lisa, Kyle decided to take the high road (which Camille claims she did herself) and tried to patch things up with Camille at Taylor’s Roaring 20s party. However, as Lisa put it, that battle isn’t over with by a long shot and I still didn’t hear if Camille rehired Mauricio as her realtor. The more stupid actions Camille takes, the more it’s going to be hard to sympathize with her when Kelsey leaves her ass hanging in a couple of episodes. Seriously, Camille needs to be reminded that she’s the cause of all the squabbles between the ladies. Do I need to do another list? I think I do.

Camille’s Rap Sheet Against Kyle Thus Far

  1. Bringing up her issues with Kyle in front of the other Housewives, ruining a perfect trip to New York. Twice.
  2. Whining incessantly about said New York argument to anyone who listens, which involves subjecting us to her loyal sidekick D.D. and boy toy Nick.
  3. Having a dinner party and throwing a verbal grenade towards Kyle’s friend Faye Resnick, resulting in the hellish dinner that made audiences vulnerable to the evil that was Allison DuBois and her e-cig.
  4. Camille’s text message to Kyle severing Mauricio as her realtor.

Mind you, Kyle has never instigated any of these arguments. In Camille’s line of logic, I would be erroneous in my train of thought and possibly subjected to have my head removed on sight. As for the alleged conversation between Kyle and Camille that started the entire fiasco, at this point I can’t help but believe Kyle’s version. It just seems plausible at the moment.

As for Kim and Taylor, I personally think their little spat was ridiculous to begin with and that’s all it really is. A spat. With that said, I’m glad that they are continually trying to find some solid ground to work on. As for a that ‘truce’ of theirs, I’m still confused about that. Is it a truce if they both are not still not sure about each other? In the world of The Real Housewives, that could be considered an easy “yes.”

The Beginning of the End of One Friendship

While Lisa and Cedric gave us a hilarious show at Taylor’s party with their cross-dressing adventure, earlier in the episode the two had a little spat of their own. While the argument was just chalked up by Lisa as just her being irked by Cedric’s laziness, recent reports in the blogosphere claim that the Lisa and Cedric have severed their friendship indefinitely. Cedric claimed that Lisa got the big head mentality and became a terror to be with. I say, “Sure, Cedric. Sure.” Hope the door didn’t hit your ass on the way out.

See you guys next time!
