General Hospital fans love love. We love to see it happen for people. We love to see people happy and thriving and making the most of their lives. We love to see them fall hard and find happiness with someone who brings joy to their hearts, but we know it rarely ever works out around here. Mostly, we think things never work out because people are too busy in their lives doing things like lying to one another, trying to cover things up that go completely awry, and making their lives as miserable as possible. But, we also know that this isn’t always the case. Some people have so much chemistry that it’s hard to ignore their heat and passion for one another. Of all the couples around here, we have to say that there are a few who really do bring it to the table, and we think these three couple are the ones with the most chemistry when it comes to love.
Sonny and Carly
They are the couple that will last a lifetime even when we don’t think they will last a lifetime. They might not be one another’s first love, but they are their own true loves. They can go through anything and everything and come out on the other side of it closer and stronger and better than before. They can do anything they put their minds to, and we love that. They are the kind of couple who can make it happen in a way that is good for everyone, and we love that. But, what we do not love is the fact that they are always going through horrible things. They have so much chemistry, but they do spend so much of their time focusing on the hard parts of their lives, and they don’t get to spend much time being happy with one another. That’s the shame here. Otherwise, they are the best of the best and we love them.
Jason and Sam
Their marriage might have started out as a total sham. She was sleeping with a married man — that would be Sonny — and he didn’t want his wife — that would be Carly — to know that he was sleeping with Sam and she was pregnant. So, they had to do something to cover that up, and Jason came to the rescue. He decided that in order to save the marriage of his very best friends, he would make it seem as if he was the one sleeping with Sam in secret, and that the baby she was carrying was his own baby. He knew it was not, and they were not together at the time. But, they had so much chemistry that we could not deny how good they were together, and that was that. We never looked back after that one, and we have never been happier with their decision to be together. They are so good for one another, and so good with one another, and we love it. We cannot handle it, and we want more of them all the time. They have the single most amount of chemistry in the show, and we want them all the time to be together and happy.
Julian and Alexis
There is something about them that is beyond amazing. They will never work, of course, but they will find things that work for them. They are people who love one another more than they love anything else in the world, but they are not the kind of couple who can make it work. They have too many differences, like the fact that she is an attorney and he is a criminal. They have a lot of differences, and they can never make it work. But, when they do find a night together, we want nothing more than for them to spend all their time together. They are the best of the best, and we don’t think that anyone can deny the heat and the chemistry that they bring to the table. In fact, we think that they’ve been bringing it with one another since the day that they first met, and that’s a big deal.
