General Hospital fans love a good male influence, and we feel that 2019 is bringing those males to life. There are so many amazing men around here right now, and they are making the difference. They are so good, so amazing, so fantastic, and we fully expect to see these men living their very best lives the rest of the year. We also expect to see them nominated for some serious awards for the work they are doing. They are fantastic. They are everything. They are the men who make us stop and think about just how good it is to be a fan. These men are bringing it every single day, and their sheer talent and their skill and their abilities leave us in awe. Let’s see if you agree with the men who we think are having the best year of their lives in 2019.
Chad Duell
This man is killing it. He is literally making our dreams come true every single time he is on the screen. This is a young man whose life has been a mess from start to finish. He’s made mistakes. He’s lost a brother. He’s had parents with issues for a very long time. He’s lost a baby. He got involved with a woman who was going behind his back to destroy his family and he simply could not see tha this was the truth. He is a young man who had to go out of his own way to find out the hard way, and it was a situation we cannot even begin to deal with. But, we also know that so many people are rooting for him. His baby is alive and well, and he might find out soon. He’s been bringing his A game to the screen for a long time, but this year is his year. He’s been killing it, and we cannot be more excited for him or about him. He’s all the things we thought we’d never get to see, and we want more.
Billy Miller
He’s leaving, and that crushes us. For so many years, he did this magical thing where he made us believe that he really was Jason, even though only one man had ever been Jason. You can’t just go replacing a man who has such skill and such amazingness, and you cannot continue to focus on things that mean the most to people without much else. But, there is something we can focus on, and we can make that situation seem a lot more positive in the long run. We love him, and we want him to stay. He’s taken on the role of Drew with such skill and finesse. He plays a man without a memory, and few things seem to be better than that. He’s been so good, so fantastic, and he’s made us believe that he really is lost and unsure about his life and himself. He’s been everything good in the world, and we cannot get enough of that. It’s all about the way things happen for other people, and we love that.
Coby Ryan McLaughlin
We know, we know. Shiloh is the worst of the worst and we hate him with a passion. But, that’s because the man who plays this character is genius. He’s taken a role of a man who everyone wishes would actually die and leave everyone alone, and he’s made magic with it. He is believable as a horrible man. He is fantastic. We cannot see his face without feeling anger and resentment and frustration and fear. We cannot see him without seeing all the people he’s managed to hurt and turn against one another. We cannot see anything other than the damage he’s caused to everyone in his life, and we cannot see anything other than the things we get to love about his horrible ways. He’s a monster, and he’s making us believe this is really true. He is so stealth and good at what he does, and he’s bringing us a feeling that we hate. Why? Because we hate him. But we love him. We cannot get enough of him and his charming nature, and that’s what a successful actor is able to bring to the table.
