Days of Our Lives fans know that there is a lot going on in the lives of so many Salemites, and Eric is one of those people. He is not living his best life since he lost Nicole, probably the first time if we are being totally honest, but he’s really in a bad place now that he’s lost her and Sarah. He’s got to make some changes in his life, and he is aware of this. He knows that there is a lot he needs to accomplish and handle, and he knows that he cannot do that if he continues down the path he is already on. He has to make these changes to improve his life and fix what is wrong right now, but we are not sure he can bite the bullet and make these changes in his own life right now. He’s definitely contemplating it, though, and that is a big thing.
Additionally, we know that Xander is now working on his revenge plan for Kristin. He’s tired of being under her control, and he’s currently got nothing to lose in his life. But then there is Ted, who is working very hard to make sure Hope does not find out what has been going on and what he has been up to. He’s working hard to throw her off his scent, but he might not realize just how determined she is in this moment, and that might not bode well for him in his current situation. He’s a man who has a lot of issues to work through, and this is one of those times when he has to focus on things that aren’t always to his liking. And, Gabi is not stupid. She also feels that Nicole is a problem, but she has no idea.

Things are taking some big turns around here, and we get it. We get that we cannot see things happening as people want them to all the time, but it turns out that Jennifer is going to become very passionate. Not in the heat of the moment kind of way, but in the “You were such a good man and you loved our kids and me and our family and this community,” kind of way when she’s speaking to Jack. She wants him to make the effort to get back this old way of his, and she wants him to stop with this nonsense that makes him belong to Eve. She knows him better than this, and she is looking to see him improve his life and do better. She can hope, and we can, too.
Then there is the fact that we know there is so much more to this. We know that there is nothing that will change the way Brady feels, but he is going to try his hardest to get Xander out of Titan and into the real world to care for himself. He’s not happy with the way things are going around here, and he’s not about to stop where this is concerned. He’s got some issues to work out, and those issues will be a lot easier to work out if he can get this man out of his life and out of his situation once and for all. He knows that Xander is no good for the family, the business, or anything else, and he’s working hard to make sure everyone else agrees with him, too.
