Jonathan Bennett is one of those people that you know you’ve seen before but you can’t figure out where until it comes to you at the strangest moment or you finally do see him in something that makes you face-palm yourself for not thinking of it sooner. He’s been a rather nice addition to whatever he’s starred in since he does have the kind of easy manner and attitude that carries him through a lot of his roles. While he hasn’t had a ton of exposure when compared to many others he’s definitely gone at his own pace and made a career that he seems to be proud of. That’s one of the secrets of getting by in show business however, or so it would seem. You make yourself happy with what you’re doing and then worry about everyone else. 10. He’s taught spin classes before.
Yes, spin classes, as in sitting on a stationary bike and spinning your wheels constantly to burn calories. It’s a lot more involved than that of course but the pace that some of the instructors set is simply brutal when you really look at it.

It almost sounds like he was outed just before he could confirm any rumors but the fact that he did come out is something that in the life of every person that does this is cause for a huge sigh of relief. As in ‘now everyone knows and can stop assuming, guessing, or jumping the gun when it comes to making any kind of statement’.
8. High school was kind of a rough time for him.
This wasn’t because of any conflicting feelings about his sexual preference it seems but more to the point that he wasn’t all that popular and high school is, well, it’s high school. A lot of us know this feeling since the idea of high school for some is just about surviving those four years so that you can move on to something better and hopefully more fulfilling.
7. He dropped out of college to pursue a career in acting.
Among some actors this seems to be a trend that took off and really became popular since there are quite a few that didn’t even bother with college and even more that tried college but then dropped out to head straight for Hollywood. It’s a matter of personal choice of course, and it does make sense if they’re not studying what they really want to get into as well. After all, if you’re taking classes that have nothing to do with acting it does seem like a waste of time and money.
6. Jonathan joined the cast of Dancing With The Stars in memory of his parents.
It sounds as though his parents were big fans of the show and as a result he went on to honor their memory. That’s touching really and kind of inspiring in a way since it does show how much they meant to him.
5. One of the judges on DTWS inadvertently outed him as gay.
Whether it was intentional or not one of the female judges, when asked, went on to state that she and Jonathan would never be an item since he was gay. It’s hard to know if she dropped this bomb before or after he came out to the general public.
4. His boyfriend is very supportive of him.
Thankfully it goes both ways as Jonathan and his partner are quite supportive of one another in their given careers and seem to be quite happy. That’s a big part of what makes a relationship work after all.

His followers number in the hundreds of thousands and it would seem that he’s more than willing to interact with them from time to time in order to show people just how he’s doing and how his career is going.

In truth this show was kind of entertaining and still is since despite the slightly corny performances by the hosts and judges it does pit bakers against each other in a race to see who can come up with the most impressive displays of skill in a very short amount of time. As for the host, he’s there to give the show a pleasing face that the audience likes to see.

Mean Girls is undoubtedly one of his biggest claims to fame since this is likely where a lot of people remember him from. In fact it sounds like he and Lindsay Lohan became very good friends.
He’s a talented guy that will no doubt be seen time and again as the years roll by.
