Young and the Restless fans feel that they have so much to see on this new year of all things in Genoa City, but we think that we want to see more of a few other faces. We want to see a few of the people the show doesn’t seem to bring about that often, and we want them now. We feel that there are some people who just do what they can to make us feel good about things. Some characters make it good, and some aren’t the best. But there are some who are good, but they can’t seem to find a way to spend more time on the show. It’s the writers who aren’t bringing us who we love the most, but we want more. We are going to throw this out there so that maybe someone hears us and makes it possible for us to see what we want and get what we want, but we’d love to see these characters more often.
Christine
She’s a force, and we love her. She’s managed to make us all feel good about the way things are and the way things go, and she’s crazed. She brings some serious heat, and we love her. She’s the DA, and she’s making big waves around here. But the problem we have right now is that she’s not able to bring herself to the show more often. She’s constantly making it seem as if she cannot get her life together in a way that’s more efficient, but that’s because they don’t let her. The only let her on the show when she’s got things to do, people to see, and things to go her way. She’s in the courtroom all the time, but we feel as if we are not seeing nearly enough of her in her personal life. She’s a major character with serious talent, and all we are asking for is a little more of her.
Neil
We don’t see enough of him. He was gone from the show for a while due to personal reasons, but we think that now he’s made his return and is ready for more. He’s not had a very good romance in some time, though he did try to romance Ashley before she left. Things didn’t work out for him with her, but there are so many more fish in the sea for him to try his luck with. There has to be a lady around here who might work for him and make things seem more positive in his life. He’s dealing with a lot with his kids, too, which means he’s got more to deal with than he might want to at this point. But, we do think there is a wonderful chance he can make his life more positive in a way that is too good to be true. What we know about this man is that he’s looking at a big year, and we can only hope to see more of him and his serious talent and amazing pull.
Paul
It’s a shame he’s out, and that’s something we cannot understand. We do know there are reasons that we will probably never get as the public, but we know that this is the man who was the longest-running soap actor on the show. He had more years on the show than anyone else, and he was good for it. He was good to go in any capacity. He was able to embrace all the roles they gave him, every change that was ever made on the show, and so much more. He’s a force to be reckoned with, and we loved him so much. We have some hope that he might come back in some way at some point, but for now, we will just focus on the fact that his character is one we love so much. He’s a man who spent so much time doing all that he would do, and it was always a pleasure to watch him change with the times, cause problems, fix problems, and make us always love him even when we didn’t feel too good about him at all.
