Young and the Restless fans had the most shocking week to contend with. First, we cannot even handle all that came out about the Abbott family and their twisted history. Dina sometimes remembers the most random and amazing things, and watching the flashback episode with the current Abbotts was amazing. They took us back so far and made us remember things that we didn’t even remember happening. We learned so much, figured out the answers to things that we didn’t know we were even asking, and we now have a better glimpse into what is going on around here. But that’s not all. We also know that there is a lot happening in the meantime. We know that there is a situation to be resolved with so many people, and we know that Ashley is leaving for good, and that hurts us.
Sharon has remained very firm with Nick. She’s not giving in, nor will she end her friendship with Rey. She likes him, he likes her, and she feels that he is currently the only man who will listen to her when she’s making her life situation work out in her favor. She’s not in a good place, but we get that to a degree. We get that there is not much else she can do at this point, but we also know that there is a lot happening behind the scenes she’s unaware of. Nick is not wrong about this man, but she will think that as long as she can to make up for the fact that she’s mad at him. This is not good news, at all. And then Billy is running off the Vickie for all his private conversations, which we also know is not going to end well for someone. But we don’t know for whom this will end poorly.

We love pumpkins, and everything pumpkiny this time of year. Are you a pumpkin lover, or are you more like the person who wants to sit back and not deal with anything, ever? We don’t know what you want from this day, specifically, but we suspect a PSL is on the menu, correct?

This is going to be a very hard, very emotional day for everyone. It’s time for Ashley to say her goodbyes to her family and take off, and we are going to all have a struggle with that one. This one feels so final. We know that she’s been gone and come back before, but she’s really done this time. Eileen Davidson, the actress who spent the past few decades of her life playing Ashley, has decided to leave the show, and she’s made it seem very final. She’s decided she’s spent her time with this character, and that she’s done with it. We can’t see her coming back as anyone else, either, so this might really be a final farewell from her. We will miss her so much. She’s been such an intricate part of the Abbott family for so many years, and we just already want her back.
Get your tissues, and get ready. This will be an emotional day, and there is no getting around it. She will say farewell to her family, her daughter, her brothers. The people she’s loved and lived with so many years now will never see her again, and that’s a difficult situation for all of us. But, we can always hope she will come back in guest visits, memories, and other situations. She might not be against coming back to town if, say, her daughter got married or something, right? We hope so, and we will cling to that and hope for the best this time around.
