Have you ever been a person to raise the question, “How can we create a Tron Light Bike effect, on a mountain bike?” Well maybe you didn’t ask that exact question but you can be sure when Tron and Tron II came out, people all over the place were wondering if we’d ever have cars or motorcycles that would be just like those in the movies. But for these few guys, the mountain bike question was more than just a “what if.” It became a reality.
What began as a dream, developed into a problem and eventually turned into a burning desire. The end results is Light Cycles, a short film by Mike Gamble featuring Neve Abraham, Felix Abraham and Ruben Guibert; with VFX by Thomas Wood. Needless to say this is awesome. The visuals and music are very “otherworldly.”
