When I first saw the work of RJ Palmer AKA “Arvalis” on Deviantart I knew I came across something special. RJ is a specialist in Pokemon artwork but his work goes a level beyond most people. His specialty is creating realistic Pokemon. And by realistic these are 100% completely created by RJ but deviations that look incredibly real and makes the viewer wish they existed in a real Pokemon world.
His latest set of pictures takes a look at the prehistoric world of Pokemon. What would happen if there are realistic looking dinosaur type Pokemon running around? Kind of makes me wish that the creators of Jurassic World would have contacted RJ for some character creation.
In any event, this work is more than impressive.
