Young and the Restless fans were horrified when the judge stated that Victor can have Christian. Thankfully, it’s only a temporary situation, but Nick has made it very clear that he is now at war with his father. There is nothing that will stop him from getting this child back. He might not be his biological father — something he only learned recently though his ex and his father both knew for many years. Victor has lied, cheated, and gone out of his way to hurt his kids so many times, and taking this boy is not something he needs to do. He cannot raise him in a way that will help him grow, so we are hopeful Nick is really serious about doing anything in his power to get this child back.
At the moment, we hope that he can take down his father and make this happen, but we’ve been watching a lot else going on, too. Abby has been considering and not considering and re-considering dating Arturo. She’s got some serious red flags being thrown at her, yet she continues to ignore them like they don’t mean anything to her. She’s not making wise decisions, and we are all aware of this. She has to find a way to get her life together, but she’s not making much in the way of good decisions right now. She’s learned more about him, and she’s facing the truth. Yet here she is still trying to decide whether or not she needs to date him.

We all know that Victor is a man with many enemies, but he’s also one who is about to get a new bodyguard. Perhaps he’s finally realizing just how much he has done to upset those in his life, because NFL superstar Drew Pearson is set to make his appearance as Victor’s new personal bodyguard. He will show up soon, and the fans are excited. He’s a Dallas Cowboys Super Bowl winner. He’s a superstar, and fans are excited to see him show up and play this role. It will be a fun one to watch, and we do hope he has to have at least one encounter with someone nefarious.

Things are getting a little bit hectic for these people, and they will continue to do that over the weekend. It turns out there is a lot going on. Devon and Hilary will continue to live happily ever after in the near future. They will spend the day loving on one another and making the most of their time together. They seem to be very confused about why things didn’t work out for them the first time, and they are making up for lost time right now. This is a serious moment for them, and they seem very happy in it. Let us not forget this is Father’s Day weekend, too, and things are not going well for some of the fathers in Genoa City.
Nick, for example, doesn’t have a good situation going on right now, and it will prove to be a very sad day for him. He just lost custody of his own son to his father, even though he only recently learned that his own son is not actually his son, but of his deceased brother. It’s been ugly, and right now things are not that much prettier for Victor, either. He’s doing this to himself, of course, but he has no kids willing to celebrate with him, either. It’s not a pretty day, but he seems to be all right with that. This is going to be a very ugly day, but we don’t know what might happen when it all unfolds. The fact that Jack is going to learn something very unexpected today also makes us very excited about what is to come for him and his future. He’s struggled for a while, but we think he has a chance at making things turn out for the best.
