Italia Ricci is one of those celebrities you’ve got to search for largely because a lot of what she shares is on social media and her online profile either hasn’t caught up yet or she’s just very selective about where she shares all of her information. That info that can be found on the internet, excluding social media, is pretty much common knowledge it would seem, insofar that you can look it up easily without having to do much work. If you really want anything on her however you’ll have to go to her social media sites and see just what she’s into and what she likes. She’s not an extremely private person but she does enjoy showing her life through pictures and posts like a lot of folks.
As far as her acting career goes she’s another individual that does a lot of good as a supporting actor but hasn’t been allowed to expand into a lead position just yet. There are a lot of actors out there like this right now and honestly it kind of feels like they’re building up and up until they’re finally going to break the dam and start forcing directors and producers to take a chance and put some of these supporting actors in the lead position to see what they can do. Some will obviously fail to live up to the spot, but others might surprise people and do extremely well. Italia might be one or the other but one thing she has going for her is that she is kind of a chameleon and can be just about anyone that they need her to be, which is a prized trait no matter what anyone tells you. It means that you can get lost in a crowd but also blend in until the big reveal comes along.
She might be a prime candidate for a big part one of these days.
10. She’s an avid book fan.
The world can’t have enough of these. Her big love of books comes from being able to read the stories and see them in your mind in the way you want to rather than what the writer might have been thinking when they were writing. This kind of begs for the writer to be accurate and consistent in their writing so things don’t get confused, but it’s also something that every avid reader could agree happens on a regular basis. Your mind takes you down different pathways even if the story is well written and laid out for you.
9. She gets mistaken for other celebrities all the time.
This is why I say that she’s a chameleon. Apparently she gets mistaken for other brunette female celebrities all the time. There’s nothing wrong with it but there are individuals that simply have features and characteristics that remind others of people they know or have seen before. It’s not too common but it is something that’s kind of interesting since one person can remind ten or more different people of someone they know or have seen before. The occurrence is kind of strange but interesting.
8. She’s cousin-in-law to Stephen Amell.
Given Amell’s popularity you might think that this would work in her favor since family usually tends to help family out. That’s if they get along and are on good terms however, but there’s never been anything to indicate that they aren’t. She’s shown up on Supergirl before so technically she’s a part of the DC Universe.
7. She has a modest filmography thus far.
Her resume doesn’t read on and on for days like some actors but then again not everyone dives into the life so easily or as fully. She could be biding her time between roles or she could be just enjoying her life. She’s just as entitled as anyone else to enjoy what she has after all.
6. Her first film was an American Pie movie.
There’s a certain stigma as well as boon in having starred in an American Pie movie and it all depends on what you’ve done in the movie. If you stuck your, y’know, in a pie then you’re bound to be remembered forever as the person who humped a pie. But if you’re a woman in one of these movies then chances are you’ll be remembered quite fondly by many young men that were adolescents when they first watched the movies.
5. She got her start in 2007.
There’s been a huge crop of new actors coming up through the 2000’s and it would seem that some of them found their footing early on and pushed upward as they began to rise. Some of them have been making their way up slowly but surely, and in some ways that’s better since a meteoric rise can sometimes result in a catastrophic crash.
4. She’s very active on social media.
Like I said in the beginning this is where you can find out a lot more about her than anywhere else since she is very active on Facebook and other sites. This is where you can follow her when she goes on vacation and when she’s just feeling like playing around.

3. She enjoys using puns, a lot.
It would seem that Italia has a very quirky sense of humor and there’s nothing wrong with it. Her use of puns are at least on point and make sense and are also kind of smart if you pay attention to what she’s saying.
2. She has a role in Designated Survivor.
This show was based on a very unlikely worst case scenario in which the line of succession for the presidency of the United States falls to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. Italia plays his Secretary of State after she too has to be sworn in to her new position. The show only lasted two seasons unfortunately.
1. She’s had a lot of small roles in TV shows.
She’s been a supporting character for much of her career if not the whole time and so far it’s where she seems to be the most comfortable.
Things could change though.
