Considered to be one of the cutest couples ever, the sad fact is that Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan Tatum are going to split after nine years of marriage. It’s a very sad moment really since the two seem to make not the perfect pair, but a very well-matched couple that should be able to grow together and to understand each other on a level that’s nothing short of harmonious. But apparently that harmony has struck a rather discordant note at this point since the couple recently announced that they’ll be separating for now. They will however strive to be the best parents that their daughter, Everly, could possibly have, which is nice to hear.
Something just broke down in the relationship it would seem, though Channing and Jenna have gone to Twitter to let people know that there is nothing more to their split than what they’ve already said. They are splitting due to the fact that they’ve come to a point in their marriage that they are no longer growing together and nothing else. They still feel the love that they had for one another when they first got married, and they still have a great deal of respect for each other, but it’s time for them to split and go their separate ways. It will be hardest no doubt for Everly, as many children never really know just how to react when their parents divorce. But the two are dedicated to their daughter and making this situation work so as to keep their daughter happy and to respect one another as much as possible.
There were signs apparently that the marriage might be breaking down, but whether they were playing this off or were giving genuine reasons why they weren’t together at those moments is hard to know. But Jenna was seen at a few events without Channing while citing that he was on ‘daddy duty’ and that she was glad to have a night off. Unfortunately while that might be something that people do say when they have kids, it’s also a big red flag for many people, the media most of all in the case of celebrities, and will tend to generate a great deal of news. It’s sad that they’re splitting, but apart from that it’s really no one else’s business, so expect to see this story on magazine covers and in tabloids for a while just so that they can wring every last bit of public sympathy out of it as possible. Channing and Jenna will no doubt want to keep to their privacy as much as possible, but the filth rags will always feel the need to dish on anything they possibly can.
It’s the business after all, inferring just about anything they can from the goings on of celebrities and the telltale secrets that might be hidden behind a word or that’s spoken by those same people. Some people would call it disgusting and an invasion of privacy. But with the media that line is easily crossed.
