Young and the Restless fans aren’t all that surprised to see that there is a big clash happening today. We aren’t even surprised to see who it is between or what it means, either. There is nothing that surprises us anymore, and there is nothing we don’t see coming at this point. Victor and Jack haven’t been friends in many, many years. And to say there were ever friends is a stretch. Sure, they’ve worked together. They’ve been on the same team a time or two, and they’ve been able to get things done while together.
They are not friends. They are enemies. They both want the same woman. Abby is part of both of their families because Jack’s sister slept with Victor so long ago. And Jack is most recently sleeping with Victor’s wife, Nikki, which didn’t go over well. But now they are back together, their vows renewed, her fling exposed, and things going downhill.
So when things take a turn today, we can expect to see that they won’t agree on any of it. They can’t even agree to disagree in their lives, and that is a major problem for both of them. They have so many issues they can’t even focus on what they need to do to get them together. Instead, they just work on what they can do to hurt one another, and they don’t bother with anyone else or anything else. It’s ugly, but it’s what they do to one another.
