Days of Our Lives fans are about to see things go down in a big way. Valerie knows that Eli and Lani slept together on Christmas Eve. She knows all about it, and she’s not happy that this is all happening. It’s why Eli’s mother told him that Lani is pregnant. She knows he needs to know, and that’s a big deal for everyone. Right now they have to deal with a few things, and that includes figuring out if there is a chance they can get their lives in order.
When he tells his mother that the baby is not his, she will tell him that she did lie about his father for so long and it didn’t turn out well. Things are not good with them, but there is nothing they can do about that. Perhaps he will let it go and just hope this baby is not his, but there is a chance that Valerie is going to say something to Lani about it.
She might even tell the woman she knows what they did on Christmas Eve, and that she made a lot of mistakes in her own life lying to her son about his father. She wants to make sure Lani knows what she is doing and not giving in to lies to help one person while hurting another. This is not the kind of situation in which things are easy or good in this life. There is nothing she can to do make this happy for everyone.
